Welcome to Talib Live ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Talib Live mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Talib Live application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Talib Live is a digital education platform that connects students with teachers, educational centers, schools, kindergartens, nurseries, and trainers. Our Service provides:

• A searchable directory of educational service providers
• Direct messaging between students and educators
• Profile management for educational institutions and teachers
• Educational games for children
• Guest chat support for inquiries

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Types and Subscriptions

Our platform supports multiple user types including teachers, educational centers, schools, kindergartens, nurseries, and trainers. Service providers are required to pay an annual subscription fee to maintain their listing on the platform. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Share false or misleading educational credentials

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Talib Live and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Talib Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change subscription fees with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the mobile application settings or by contacting our support team. Upon account deletion:

• Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed
• Your active subscription will be cancelled without refund for the remaining period
• Your messages and chat history will be deleted
• This action is irreversible

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse or guarantee the qualifications of any educator or institution listed on our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talib Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
